When you complete our new client intake form, we collect your name, contact details, business information, and payment preferences in order to set up your account on our systems and manage our working relationship.

We retain records of correspondence with you (emails, messages, letters) to manage our relationship, handle queries, and resolve any disputes.
We will only photograph, publish, or use images of your designs, garments, or work for any promotional purpose — including our website, portfolio, or social media — with your prior written consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us.

Business email: we use a third-party provider for our business email. Our business email accounts are processed by that provider.
Instant messaging: we may use instant messaging services to communicate with clients, share order updates, and manage projects. Please be aware that messages sent through such services are processed by the relevant platform provider. If you prefer not to use messaging apps, please contact us by email.
We may also share order details and design information with specialist contractors engaged by us to carry out work on your order. They are bound by confidentiality obligations equivalent to our own.
We do not transfer your personal data outside the United Kingdom, except where the platforms and services we use operate internationally, in which case appropriate safeguards apply under UK GDPR.
After the relevant retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised.
